GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE

FARES AND TICKETS

a) All fares are - as a rule - applicable for the entire season. They may, however, be changed at any time if there are significant changes in the cost of living and taxation.

b) The purchase of a ticket only entitles the Customer to use the corresponding facilities, for the indicated fares, on the day(s) of validity provided and according to the normal order of travellers at the departure of the facilities.

c) The Customer must verify, when recharging the ski pass, that it meets his/her request. It is not possible to subsequently change or extend the duration of passes that have already been used.

d) No reimbursement or compensation, not even partial, is due in the event of waiting at the lifts for any reason whatsoever, nor in the event of service interruptions due to technical or atmospheric reasons, nor for non-use of the lifts due to events that are not attributable to the gross negligence of Genghis Khan Viaggi s.a.s.

e) Tickets that entitle the holder to use more than one cableway installation are understood to be usable on the installations in operation at the time of their use, and do not entitle the holder to reimbursement or compensation of any kind in the event that one or more installations are not in operation due to technical requirements established by the Cableway Management, at its sole discretion, or due to force majeure.

f) All tickets are nominative - they are strictly personal and non-transferable. Any abuse will result in the immediate withdrawal of the ticket and the application of the penalties laid down by law. The purchase of a ticket implies knowledge and acceptance of all the conditions laid down in these regulations.

FARE CONCESSIONS

All non-ordinary fares, i.e. all those enjoying special age-related concessions, may only be applied upon presentation of suitable documentation unequivocally proving the existence of the requirements necessary to enjoy the concessions themselves.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Ski passes purchased online, being promotional rates, cannot be cancelled or refunded for any reason, not even bad weather or illness. (Art. 47 and 59 letter n) of the Consumer Code - Legislative Decree 206/2005)

CHECKS

a) Travellers must obtain the required cableway ticket before using the installation. Tickets found to be irregular or found not in the possession of the person entitled shall be immediately and definitively withdrawn, without prejudice to the application of the administrative and penal sanctions provided for by law.

b) Documentation proving the right to concessionary fares may be requested by Genghis Khan Viaggi s.a.s.

c) The controls are entrusted to the personnel of the company, which also has at its disposal personnel qualified to act as public service managers.

THEFT OR LOSS

a) No ticket shall be refunded, not even in part, if the purchaser cannot use it for any reason whatsoever. Similarly, no refund or replacement shall be made in the event of loss, destruction or deterioration.

b) In the event of loss or theft of tickets, no duplication or refund shall be made.

BOOKING AND PAYMENT

The top-up process is completed and confirmed after the selection

of the ski area, resort, ski pass type, day, skier quantity, skier age and payment.

The booking is only considered complete once payment has been made

Payment and withdrawal take place at the end of the booking process.
