IMPORTANT: As this is another online site, it will be necessary to make a second registration before using the cards. For the new registration you can also use the same credentials you have already entered on this site.

HOW CAN I OBTAIN A CARD?

The Cards are distributed by Raspa Club & Genghis Khan Viaggi exclusively to participating Clubs/CRALs (check availability directly with your managers). Alternatively you can call our number and ask for information: 011/336979

I AM ALREADY A MEMBER OF A SKI CLUB, BUT THE HEAD OFFICE DOES NOT HAVE THE CARDS AVAILABLE

In this case, the ski club managers should contact us and, if they are interested, we will provide them with a stock of cards to manage for their members. Otherwise, you can contact us or drop by our offices and we will find a solution.

MY CARD FROM LAST SEASONS DOES NOT ALLOW ME TO MAKE PURCHASES, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Cards are made inactive at the end of each season pending their reactivation. Reactivation has a cost of € 4.00 and must be requested directly on our website www.raspaclub.com or directly at your Club/CRAL (if applicable).

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO WAIT FOR THE CARD TO BE REACTIVATED?

The time varies depending on the number of requests and other technical procedures not managed by us, but normally cards are reactivated within 24 hours (1 working day). However, very often after a few hours the cards are up and running. We therefore advise you to check directly on the site whether you are able to make purchases.

I FORGOT TO REACTIVATE MY CARD, CAN I GO TO THE TICKET OFFICE?

No. The fares shown on the website are Web Exclusives and it is therefore not possible to claim the discount at the ticket office by taking the card, and therefore the full price available at the ticket office at the time will be applied in those cases.

AFTER HOW LONG WILL THE PURCHASED SKIPASS BE ACTIVE ON THE CARD?

Normally it only takes a few seconds but we always recommend waiting about ten minutes before going to the lifts.

I HAVE LOADED THE CARD BUT CANNOT GET THROUGH THE TURNSTILES

On the off chance that there was a technical problem and the card did not open the turnstiles at the lifts, you must go to the cashier and check the correct purchase process. Always carry the purchase receipt you receive by @mail or on your smartphone to facilitate verification.

Remember that purchases can be made up to 15 minutes before going to the turnstiles and always carry the ticket receipt on your smartphone so that you can show it to the cashier in case of any problems.

Do I have to go to the ticketoffice first?

If you reloaded a Keycard/chipcard you cand go directly to the slopes, unless the product you bought requires other information.

If you did not have Keycard and ordered this online, you'll need to go to the ticketoffice to pick this up.

Do I have to register?

Yes, registration is mandatory. Your registration details will not be shown on the final products, but they are indispensable in order to be able to purchase them.

What is the difference between Login and Registration?

Registration is for new users: you have to enter an e-mail address to which you have access and you have to invent a password to be entered twice. Login is for users who have already registered before, so they have to enter a username and password they have already chosen.

Can I use Facebook and Google?

Yes, it is more convenient. But be careful: you will receive the purchase confirmation email on the mailbox linked to your social networks, make sure you remember it and still have access to it; know that, however, you can always download a copy of the purchased products from the Order History of this site.

I don't know if I need to register or login, how do I do this?

In case you don't remember if you already have an account on this site, try registering: if the system tells you that your e-mail ‘already exists,’ it means that you already have an account. Then go to ‘I am already a customer’ and click on ‘I have forgotten my password and need help’. Enter the e-mail you used just now, confirm the request for a new password and go to your mailbox: you will find an e-mail where you can click to reset your password. After doing so, go to Login and enter your e-mail and your new password!
