How does online shopping work?

  1. Go straight to the lifts without stopping at the ticket office.
  2. Choose the date and location and complete your purchase;
  3. Manage payments for your family members too;
  4. Create your account and add your cards;

When is the deadline for making a purchase?

Purchases can be made up to 15 minutes before passing through the turnstiles.
Always carry your receipt on your smartphone, as it may be useful in case of checks.

How can I obtain the GOSKIPASS Card?

The cards are distributed exclusively by Raspa Club & Gengis Khan Viaggi, including through participating clubs/CRALs (check availability with your representatives).

I forgot to reactivate my card: can I buy a ticket at the ticket office?

No. The fares available on the website are exclusive to the web. At the ticket office, only the full price applicable at the time will be applied.

I am already a member of a ski club, but they do not have the cards. What can I do?

In this case, the Sci Club managers can contact us directly. If interested, we will provide them with a stock of cards to manage for their members.
Alternatively, you can contact us personally or visit our offices: together we will find the best solution.

When I try to register, the system says that my email address is already registered. What does this mean?

If you see this message, it means that you have already registered at another ski resort whose website is developed by the same company that created our platform (e.g. Limonet Piemonte, Prato Nevoso, Skyway Monte Bianco, Campiglio Dolomiti, etc.).In this case, you do not need to create a new account, but simply link your existing profile.
After logging in to the website, a pop-up will automatically appear allowing you to link your previous account. Simply confirm the operation.
If you do not see the pop-up or have closed it by mistake:

  1. Clear your browser history (cache and cookies);
  2. Log in to the website again by entering the correct address;
  3. Wait for the pop-up to appear and complete the link.


Once you have linked your account, simply enter your GOSKIPASS Card number during the purchase process.

My card from previous seasons does not allow me to make purchases. Why is that?

At the end of each season, the Cards are deactivated. To reactivate them, you must pay a €4.00 reactivation fee, which can be requested

  • online at www.raspaclub.com
  • or through your Club/CRAL.

How long does it take to reactivate the card?

The time required varies depending on the number of requests and external technical procedures, but the card is normally reactivated within 24 business hours.
However, activation often takes place after just a few hours. We recommend checking the website directly to see if you can make purchases.

I loaded the card but I can't get through the turnstiles. What should I do?

In rare cases, a technical problem may occur. If this happens:

  1. go to the ski pass ticket office;
  2. check that the purchase process has been completed correctly;
  3. show the purchase confirmation PDF you received by email.


The PDF contains the serial number of your ski pass, which will allow operators to quickly identify
your ticket and resolve the situation.

I can't find the fares for French stations. Where can I find them?

You can find all French resorts at the following link: www.goskipass.it


IMPORTANT: As this is another online site, it will be necessary to make a second registration before using the cards. For the new registration you can also use the same credentials you have already entered on this site.

Do I have to register?

Yes, registration is mandatory. The data is not printed on the final products, but is necessary to make purchases.

What is the difference between registration and login?

  • Registration: for new users. You must enter a valid email address and create a password.
  • Login: for registered users, who must enter their previously chosen credentials.

I don't know whether I need to register or log in. What should I do?

Try to register:

  1. if the system indicates that the email address already exists, it means you already have an account;
  2. click on “I am already a customer” and then on “I forgot my password”;
  3. enter your email address and follow the instructions you receive to reset your password;
  4. once updated, log in.

Can I log in with Facebook or Google?

Yes, it is possible and very convenient.
Please note, however, that the purchase confirmation will be sent to the email address associated with your social media account.
Make sure you have access to that email account. In any case, you can always download your purchases from the Order History section of the website.
